Simply Delicious: Fresh Strawberry & Lemon Salad

Strawberries are in season and the weather is changing!  Try this simple Fresh Strawberry & Lemon Salad. Great with grilled meats.  Light, fresh and loaded with flavour! 

Fresh Strawberry & Lemon Salad

1 Serving

Ingredients

2 cups mixed greens or fresh herb salad

2 medium strawberries

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp lemon rind

1 tsp cheese, parmesan, grated

1 dash sea salt

Directions

1. Wash and rinse salad. 

2. Wash and cut up strawberries. 

3. Place salad in bowl and top with strawberries. Toss in olive oil, a dash of salt and fresh grated parmesan. 

4. Sprinkle with a bit of sea salt and enjoy.
