Stick to Your Bones Oatmeal

Cooking Directions for Large Flake Oats:

Stovetop: 1 cup Large Flake Oats and 1/4 tsp salt (optional) into 2 cups boiling water. Cover, reduce heat and cook 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Yield:  3 Servings. 

Microwave: Combine 1/3 cup Large Flake Oats in a microwave safe bowl with 2/3 cup of water and a pinch of salt (optional). Microwave on high 2-3 minutes, stirring once. Yield: 1 serving


1/3 cup (1.1 oz)  large flake oats (dry measure)
1 dash cinnamon, ground
1 tsp real maple syrup
1/2 medium apple
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, unsalted


1. Cook oatmeal according to directions above. 

2. Chop up apple. 

3. Top oatmeal with cinnamon, syrup, pumpkin seeds and chopped apple.
