  • A meal plan is designed to help you choose the right kinds and amount of food to eat, telling you exactly what and how much to eat each day.
  • Meal plans are based on you health concerns, weight goals, age, gender, and food preferences
  • Each 7-day meal plan is designed to provide the proper amount of calories and nutrients for your individual dietary needs.
  • It includes portion sizes, food product, a grocery list, and simple healthy recipes.
  • A daily meal plan provides three meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and one or two snacks.
